Welcome!

My name is Abby, and I’m a Chicago-born screenwriter, playwright, and designer. As a teenager, I was a poet in the largest youth slam team in the world, Louder than a Bomb. Since then, I’ve continued to trust my unflinching poetic voice to guide everything I do—from designing sets and props for new work that activate everyone’s inner child to having my ten-minute play Say My Eulogy Like a Prayer showcased without a dry eye in the crowd.

As as student, I worked on over 16 student-written short films, TV pilots, plays, and feature length films. There, I seamlessly blended my own artistic style with the visions of directors and producers. Now, as a Northwestern graduate in Radio/Television/Film and Business Institutions, I’m excited to continue sharing my work here with you!
